Current market appraisal: $700
Retrospective market appraisal: $800
Next day rush service additional: $300

Additional Charges

Depending on the complexity of the appraisal assignment and unique features of the property additional charges may apply.

Payment Collection Process

Payment is collected after the walkthrough and once the report is complete. The report will be released once the payment has been processed.
